Professor Julia Redenius

Julia Redenius is an Associate Professor for Civil and Company Law at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Her research focuses on Corporate Law, Comparative Law, Capital Market Law, Banking Law and Law and Economics. She holds Master degrees in French, German, European and International Corporate Law from the University of Paris II-Assas and Munich as well as a Ph. D. (summa cum laude, Supervision: Professor Michel Germain) from the University of Paris II-Assas and completed the Habilitation (Venia legendi Civil Law, Commercial and Business Law, Comparative Law, Supervision: Professor Theodor Baums) at Goethe University Frankfurt. She was admitted to the Paris and to the Düsseldorf Bar Exam.
