Dr. Paolo Manzoni

He graduated with honors at the Faculty of Law, University of Milan, Italy (J.D. equivalent, 2010). He received the Pier Giusto Jaeger award (2010) and a Ph.D. in Company Law from the University of Milan, Italy (2015), after having been admitted as a visiting researcher at Fordham University.

His research is mainly focused on corporate and banking law, with specific reference to the analysis of the capital requirements in banks.
