Professor Chiara Picciau

Chiara Picciau is an Associate Professor of Business Law at the University of Brescia. She holds a J.D. cum laude from Bocconi University (2011), a Ph.D. in Business Law from the University of Milan (2015), and an LL.M. from Yale Law School (2019). She writes in the area of corporate and financial markets law and she is the author of a book on the liability of credit rating agencies towards investors in the financial markets.
