Prof Dr Franco Taisch

Prof Dr Franco Taisch is entrepreneur, member of various boards of directors and independent advisor with businessshapers.net, mainly in the finance, medical and technology industry.

He is today, i.a., chairman of Swiss Rock Asset Management Ltd., an international Swiss asset Manager, and member of the board of directors and founding partner of Clinica Alpina Ltd.,one of the state-of-the-art holistic veterinarian clinics in Europe. Alongside, he focuses as business advisor and as part-time university professor on business model and governance design and the entrepreneurial handling of opportunities and risks under uncertainty. He advises board and management in stress and change situations as well as innovation processes.

Franco Taisch has international and multi-cultural living and professional experience in New York, Geneva, Zurich, Zug and Vaduz (LI). He was over 25 years in executive and consulting functions, member of executive boards and member of boards of directors on the level of global quoted and non-quoted blue chip companies as well as on the level of domestic and foreign small and mid-sized companies, Last executive position as member of the executive board of one of the largest independent global wealth managers and CEO of a Swiss industry body. Former board of directors positions, i.a., member of the board of directors and the audit and risk committee and as delegate innovation of one of the largest and system relevant banking groups in Switzerland as well as chairman and founding partner of a technology group being the only people owned global helath data exchange platform.
