Dr Reyes Palá

Dr. Palá graduated at the Faculty of Law of the University Zaragoza and gained a PhD with Honours (UZ Ph. Award,  "Premio Extraordinario").  Professor of Corporate & Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of Zaragoza.

Academic Counsel of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She has been Deputy Director of the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (the Spanish Securities Exchange Commission, 2002/2005).

Co-director of the Securities Market Law Review (Revista de Derecho del Mercado de Valores). Member of the Executive Committee of the Spanish Company Law Review of the Editing Committee of La Ley Mercantil, the Financial Sistem Law Review (RdSFIN), and the Bank and Markets Law Review (RDBB).

Researcher at the RCC Harvard Law School (2012 and 2016), the Trinity College of Dublin (2009), the Université de Paris I (Pantheon Sorbonne 1995-1996) , the London Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (1993), the Gent Faculty of Law (1992). Visiting Professor at the School of Law (TCD) 2010. Member of several Law and Finances Research projects since 1990. 



Author of more than 100 publications on Company Law, Corporate Law, Securities and Financial Law, Commercial Law, Insolvency Law, and Comparative Law.
