ECGI in collaboration with New York University and Bocconi University organised an online workshop, "New Frontiers of Shareholder Engagement" on 14 October 2021.

Welcome address was given by Prof. Marco Becht (Université libre de Bruxelles and ECGI), Prof. April Klein (New York University) and Prof. Giovanni Strampelli (Bocconi University).

Prof. Luca Enriques (University of Oxford ) chaired session one.

Prof. Jeffrey N. Gordon (Columbia Law School) presented his paper on "Systematic Stewardship".
