The session was moderated by Prof. Luca Enriques (University of Oxford and ECGI). Prof. Colin Mayer (University of Oxford and ECGI) moderated the session on "The Role of Corporations in Society: A Global & Historical Perspective" with panellists Prof. Anat R. Admati(Stanford University and ECGI), Prof. William N. Goetzmann (Yale University), Prof. Ron Harris (Tel-Aviv University) and Prof. Naomi Lamoreaux (Yale University).
