ECGI hosted a conference on "Business Law and the Transition to a Net Zero Carbon Economy" on May 25-27, 2021 online.
The session was chaired by Prof. Geneviève Helleringer (University of Oxford, ESSEC Business School and ECGI). Prof. John Armour (University of Oxford and ECGI) presented his paper on "Making Corporate Carbon Commitments Credible" and the discussant was Prof. Jill Fisch (University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and ECGI).
