Institutional Investors and Corporate Governance

The fourth episode of the ECGI Spotlight Series took place on 22 February 2021. The episode was introduced by Miriam Schwartz-Ziv, from the ECGI Spotlight Series team.

Professor Amil Dasgupta (London School of Economics and ECGI Research Member), Professor Vyacheslav Fos, (Boston College and ECGI Research Member) and Professor Zacharias Sautner (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and ECGI Research Member) presented their paper on "Institutional Investors and Corporate Governance".

The guest panel included  Professor Wei Jiang (Columbia Business School and ECGI Research Member), Professor John Morley (Yale Law School and ECGI Research Member) and Amy Wilson (Federated Hermes International).
