GCGC Session 6: The Global Corporate Purpose Continuum: The Case for Diversity

ECGI, with Columbia Law School, hosted the tenth annual GCGC Conference on 14-15 June 2024. 

The "2024 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" was hosted in New York, USA. 

The sixth session included two paper presentations. 

Dan Puchniak (Singapore Management University and ECGI), Geneviève Helleringer (ESSEC Business School, University of Oxford and ECGI) and Georg Ringe (University of Hamburg and ECGI) presented the paper "The Global Corporate Purpose Continuum: The Case for Diversity" (Aurelio Gurrea Martinez, Geneviève Helleringer, Dan Puchniak, Georg Ringe) which was discussed by Joon Hyug Chung (Seoul National University).
