The "2024 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" was hosted in New York, USA.
The sixth session included two paper presentations.
Mariana Pargendler (FGV Law School, São Paulo; NYU and ECGI) presented the paper "Corporate Law in the Global South: Heterodox Stakeholderism", which was discussed by Umakanth Varottil (National University of Singapore and ECGI).
