GCGC Session 2: What the Government Asks of Firms

ECGI, with Columbia Law School, hosted the tenth annual GCGC Conference on 14-15 June 2024. 

 

The "2024 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" was hosted in New York, USA. 

 

The second session included a panel discussion and a paper presentation. Kathryn Judge (Columbia University and ECGI) moderated the panel discussion: “What the Government Asks of Firms” with panelists: Peter Goodman, Economics Reporter, New York Times and Bharat Ramamurti, Former Deputy Director of the National Economic Council, USA.
