ECGI together with the University of Oxford hosted a hybrid conference on "2022 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" on June 03 - 04, 2022. The event took place both on-site at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and online.

Luca Enriques (University of Oxford and ECGI) welcome and introduced the speakers on day 2 and Erik Lidman (Stockholm School of Economics) chaired the fifth session of the conference.

Greg Buchak (Stanford University and ECGI) presented the paper, "Which Corporate Victims Get Justice?" and was discussed by Holger Spamann (Harvard University and ECGI).
