ECGI together with the University of Oxford hosted a hybrid conference on "2022 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" on June 03 - 04, 2022. The event took place both on-site at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and online.

The eighth session was chaired by Eric Talley (Columbia Law School and ECGI).

Vikramaditya Khanna (University of Michigan Law School and ECGI) presented the paper, "Controlling Externalities: Ownership Structure and Cross-Firm Externalities" and was discussed by Yupana Wiwattanakantang (National University of Singapore and ECGI).
