The first part of the online policy workshop on "Directors’ Duties and Sustainable Corporate Governance" took place on 11 November 2020. The report was presented by Luca Enriques (University of Oxford Faculty of Law) and Marco Becht (Solvay Brussels School for Economics and Management, Université Libre de Bruxelles). 

The session was moderated by Luca Enriques (University of Oxford Faculty of Law) and the panelists included Zacharias Sautner (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management), Wolf-Georg Ringe (University of Hamburg), John Coffee (Columbia Law School) and Oren Sussman (Saïd Business School, University of Oxford).
