ECGI together with Yale Law School hosted a conference on "2021 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" on June 11-12, 2021 online. The session was moderated by Prof. Marco Becht (Université libre de Bruxelles and ECGI). Prof. Markus M. Schmid (University of St.Gallen) presented his paper on "As California goes, so goes the nation? Board gender quotas & the legislation of non-economic values" and Prof. Bo Becker (Stockholm School of Economics and ECGI) discussed the paper.
