Biography
A corporate legal academic, board director and qualified lawyer with an early career in commercial legal practice, Vivienne researches and publishes in corporate law, regulation and governance, leads corporate law teaching at Flinders University and engages with industry to disseminate corporate regulatory scholarship and insights to relevant audiences. Vivienne has particular interests in social licence to operate, whistleblowing and corporate ethics.
