Biography

Dr. Temitope Omotola Odusanya Esq., popularly called “Temi”, is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Law and LLM Law Programme Course Leader at Robert Gordon University (“RGU”) Aberdeen Law School, Scotland, United Kingdom. Her passionate research interest is focused on Gender Parity.


She is a Post Doctoral Researcher and Academic Lawyer, Chartered Governance Professional, and member of the Chartered Governance Institute United Kingdom, and Ireland; CGUKI, and Chartered Legal Executive in United Kingdom CILEx.


Temi has been called since 2016, to the largest Bar in Africa, the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Before joining RGU, she served as a state counsel (NYSC) at the Ministry of Justice Niger State and also as a very Special Assistant to the Executive Governor in Kaduna State, Nigeria. Temi is currently an academic member of The European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). She has published in several peer-reviewed academic journals over the years and in leading journals including the International Journal of Law. She is an alumna of The University of Buckingham (UK), the University of Portsmouth (UK), and Babcock University (Nig.). She holds LLB Honours, LLM Corporate Governance and Law, and Ph.D. in Political Science, Law, and Diplomacy respectively from these Universities.
