Mr Steven Declercq

Steven is part of the team specialising in state-owned enterprises. In addition, he advises on company law in a broader context and on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He became a member of the Brussels Bar in 2017 and has been working as an attorney at Eubelius since then. He obtained his law degree from the Universiteit Antwerpen in 2017. During his master's programme, he was also a student researcher. Steven is an adviser to the Volley Vlaanderen federation's prosecutor. He has published contributions in the field of contract and company law.
