Mr Sammy Lee

Samuel S. Lee is a doctoral fellow at the Stockholm Institute for Transition Economies (SITE) and a PhD student in Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. He has previously studied finance and political science at the Goethe University, Frankfurt, where he also worked as a research and teaching assistant. His reseach interest are applied contract theory, in particular theoretical and empirical corporate finance. His current research interests in corporate governance are media and corporate boards.
