Biography
Dr Sabine Dembkowski is the Founder and Managing Partner of Better Boards Limited and hosts the Better Boards podcast series. Better Boards is a service provider for board evaluation and development programmes. Together with her Tech team, she has created an innovative digital platform companies can use as part of their external board evaluation and access for their internal evaluation. Her clients include FTSE100, FTSE250, DAX40, ATX and NASDAQ and Private Equity backed organisations. Her research into board effectiveness has been peer-reviewed and published internationally. Before founding Better Boards, Sabine worked as a leadership advisor, contributed to the leadership programmes at London Business School, and worked for management consultancies Kearney and Monitor Company (now part of Deloitte) in London.
