Sr. ROGERIO SANTANA SILVA

Rogério Santana has been a lawyer for over 30 years. He holds a degree in Law from Gama Filho University and a degree in Public Safety from EsFO/RJ. He holds a postgraduate degree in Oil, Natural Gas and Energy Law from Cândido Mendes University and in International Economic Law from PUC-Rio. He worked as a Coordinator at Petrobras and as Legal Manager at its subsidiaries Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. - BR Distribuidora, Petrobras Logística de Gás S.A. - LOGIGAS and Petrobras Gás S.A. – GASPETRO. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Transportadora Brasileira Gasoduto Bolívia Brasil S.A. - TBG, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GNL Gemini Comercialização e Logística de Gás Ltda. - GasLocal and CEO of TNG Participações Ltda. and TNG O&M Ltda. He was a Professor of Petroleum Law and Energy Law at the Candido Mendes and Estácio de Sá Universities. He is currently the Legal Manager at Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo S.A.
