Biography

I graduated cum laude in law at Bocconi University in 2017 (with a thesis in corporate law), carried out an internship at the European Commission in Luxembourg and then worked at the international law firm Ashurst LLP, Milan office, qualifying as a lawyer in 2020. In 2021, I started a full-time PhD in corporate law at the Universities of Trieste and Udine. I also collaborate as a teaching assistant in the course of law and economics at Bocconi University. The focus of my PhD research is corporate sustainability (in particular, benefit corporations). During my studies, I have undertaken three research periods abroad: five months in the UK (Exeter University), in 2015; three months in New York (Fordham Law School), in 2023; and two months in France (Université Toulouse Capitole 1). I expect to complete soon my PhD, with final dissertion to be scheduled between October 2024 and February 2025. In addition to Italian, I speak English fluently and French at an intermediate level
