Biography
Ramin Baghai is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the London Business School. His research focuses on corporate finance, corporate governance, law and economics, as well as labor and finance. He has published in the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Financial Economics, the Review of Financial Studies, and the Journal of Law and Economics.
