Biography
Raja Gopalan, is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is a partner of a LLP firm of Chartered Accountants based out of Chennai and Bangalore, India. His core areas of specialisation, apart from Risk based Internal Audits, Statutory Audits and implementation of Internal Control systems, also include Compliance and Governance certifications. He holds a good international experience on implementation of Sarbanes Oxley Act, Corporate Governance code of India and statutory requirements.
He holds Masters in Business Administration from Ohio University, Masters in Commerce from Madras University and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Institute for Financial Management. He is also an active member in various professional bodies in India.
