Professor Rafel Crespi-Cladera

Professor Rafel Crespi-Cladera is Professor of Economics of Management
at The Universitat de les Illes Balears.

He has a Ph.D. from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (UAB),
with a disertations on non voting shares as antitakeover devices.

He has been professor at the UAB, Universitat Pompeu Fabra and
visiting researcher at Tilburg University and Oxford University.

He is a participant with the Spanish team in the former ECGN
network and author of a chapter of the book "The
Control of Corporate Europe".
