Professor Paolo Tullio
Biography
Paolo Tullio is an Associate Professor in Business Law at Università del Salento (Lecce).
He was a Senior Assistant Professor (ricercatore a t.d. lett. B) in Business Law at Università del Salento and a Junior Assistant Professor (ricercatore a t.d. lett. A) in Private Comparative Law at Luiss Guido Carli University (Rome).
He is lecturer in Business Law and in Comparative Corporate Governance at LUISS School of Law.
He is author of two monographs and several articles on company law and competition law.
Admitted to Italian bar since 2006 and admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2019.

2006: LL.M. – E.M.L.E. European Master in Law and Economics at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and Universität Hamburg
2008: PhD in Law and Economics at Luiss
2009-2012: Research Fellow in Business Law at Luiss Law Faculty.
