Dr. Nicolò Muciaccia
Research Fellow in Commercial Law and Adjunct Professor in IP and Antitrust Law
Biography
Nicolò was born in 1989 in Bari, Italy.
He completed his undergraduate at the University of Bari Aldo Moro (2013), where he also obtained his Ph.D. in Commercial Law, discussing a thesis on the abuse of right in Corporate Law, after having been Visinting Researcher at Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht, Hamburg.
Nicolò is also an attorney at law and holds an LLM in Commercial Law from LUISS Guido Carli, Rome (2015).
Currently he is Research Fellow in Commercial Law and Adjunct Professor of IP and Antitrust Law at the University of Bari Aldo Moro.
