Biography
Marina has experience in matters related to Corporate Governance, having developed her professional practice advising listed companies mainly from the IBEX-35, including numerous credit institutions, in particular, in matters related to corporate governance and Secretary of the Board of Directors. Since 2021 she has been providing his professional services as Manager of the Corporate and Governance team at ECIJA. Previously, she was a Lawyer at Baker & McKenzie (from 2013 to 2017) and at Ramón y Cajal Abogados (2011-2013 and 2017-2021). She has also participated in a secondment at Nokia Corporation (Finland) between February and August 2017 in the framework of a corporate reorganization procedure and in merger processes. Throughout her career, she has written and collaborated in different publications and articles. Double Degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2005-2010). Extraordinary Prize of University Master's Degree in Business Law, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (2010-2011). Advanced Program "The Legal Advisor of the Listed Company" given by IE Business School (May 2015). Member of the Madrid Bar Association.Finalist of the VII edition of the Expansión Jurídico Awards in the category Best Young Lawyer (2022).
