Biography
I have been a practitioner in corporate law, M&A, private equity, venture capital and capital markets for 28 years. I hold a law degree from the University of Bucharest (1996), an LLM from Northwestern University, Chicago, IL (1998) and an EMBA from WU Wien (2008).
