Dr Maria João Guedes

Maria João Guedes  is an Associate Professor, at the School of Economics and Management (ISEG) of the University of Lisbon (Portugal). She holds a PhD in Corporate Finance from the Imperial College Business School. Her research covers  the overlap between corporate governance and other multidisciplinary areas of knowledge such as leadership, gender, equality, political science and psychological and physiological elements of manager’s behaviour. She has published in several top journals such as Research Policy, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Service Research, Personality and Individual Differences, Industrial and Corporate Change, and others.
