Professor Marco Maugeri

Marco Maugeri waa born in Turin (Italy), July 22th, 1967. He graduated in Economics, L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli University, Rome, 1990 and in Law, University of Rome, La Sapienza, 2000. He gained his Ph.D, Business Law at the University of Rome, La Sapienza in 1997.

Br> He was lecturer, Commercial and Company Law, L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli University, 1990-2000 and lecturer, Company and Business Law, University of Foggia, Faculty of Law, 2005-2006.

He was Associate Professor of Company and Business Law, University of Foggia, Faculty of Law, 2006-2010 and became Full Professor of Company and Business Law, European University of Rome, Faculty of Law in November 2010.

He is a member of the Rome Editorial Staff of the Review “Giurisprudenza Commerciale” and a member of the Scientific Committee of the Review “Osservatorio del diritto civile e commerciale”.
