Professor Marco Maugeri

Born in Turin (Italy), July 22th, 1967. Graduated in Economics, L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli University, Rome, 1990 and in Law, University of Rome, La Sapienza, 2000. 

Associate Professor of Company and Business Law, University of Foggia, Faculty of Law, 2006-2010. Full Professor of Company and Business Law, European University of Rome, Faculty of Law in November 2010.

Since November 2024, Full Professor of European Capital Markets Law and Corporate Law at the University of Roma Tre, School of Law.  

Member of the Editorial Board of the Law Reviews “Osservatorio del diritto civile e commerciale”, "Rivista del diritto commerciale" and "Orizzonti del diritto commerciale".
