Biography

Majka RuciƄska is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw. Her research primarily centers around the intersection of law and economics. As part of her dissertation work, she focused on corporate governance. She was a visiting scholar at Georgetown University (Washington D.C.) and the Max Planck Institute (Hamburg), conducted academic research on dual-class stock structures at the Stockholm School of Economics, and her doctoral research focused on leveraged corporate control in capital companies.
