Biography
Lyndsey Zhang is a PhD researcher at Henley Business School. Her doctoral research focuses on board directors' roles in corporate sustainability. Lyndsey is planning to complete her PhD work in 2024. Before starting her doctoral research, Lyndsey had extensive experience working for Western and Chinese multinational companies, leading these companies' global strategic expansion as the head of finance and strategy. These frontline experiences provided a solid foundation for her academic research.
