Professor Laura Zanetti

Laura Zanetti is tenured associate professor of Corporate Finance at Bocconi University, Milan.  She teaches Corporate Valuation and is the Academic Director of the Bachelor of Economics and Finance. She has been the Director of the Master of Science in Finance at Bocconi, visiting scholar at MIT and LSE. Current research is focused on corporate governance and the market for corporate control. She published several books and articles on corporate valuation, private equity, M&A, and industrial performance.

She also qualified as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Auditor and she is Chairman, independent board member and statutory auditor of important listed companies in Italy.
