Mr. McGirr is passionate about this & ensuring people & brands achieve their full potential & over his career has managed > EUR 1 bn of assets to create over € 0.5 bn EBITDA in tough environments (incl. crisis), giving shareholders and employees enormous value and sustainable futures. Mr. McGirr has operationally led cross-cultural teams to transform & turnaround businesses through focus on growth / brand strategy & restructuring (incl. M&A and divestments) in EMEA, APAC & USA.
