Ms. Kateryna Varava

Kateryna Varava serves as the Project Manager at ECGI, where she oversees and coordinates various projects and initiatives, and manages special blog editions.

Since 2023, Kateryna has been a PhD researcher at Mykolas Romeris University, focusing on sustainability-led corporate governance transformation for her doctoral thesis.

Prior to joining ECGI, she worked as an associate at the law firm Glimstedt (Vilnius, Lithuania).

From 2020 to 2023, she completed an LL.M. in International and European Business Law through a joint triple diploma program at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Ukraine), Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania), and Université Savoie Mont Blanc (France).
