Biography
After graduating JSD program at the school of law, U.C. Berkeley, professor Hyeon Tak Shin (Sean) worked as a partner at the securities & finance team of Hwang Mok Park P.C. in Korea. He joined Korea University’s law faculty in 2014. His research interests include business history, comparative corporate governance, corporate finance, and ESG.
