Prof. Francesco Salerno

Francesco Salerno is Associate Professor of Business Law at the University of Foggia - Department of Law and, since 2013, has been Adjunct  Professor at the University of Pavia - Department of Economics and Management, where he currently (academic year 2022-2023) teaches Business Crisis Law. He has held seminars at numerous universities and teaches on various Master's courses. 

An editorial staff member at legal journals Giurisprudenza commerciale (Giuffrè) and I battelli del Reno (University of Bari), and a member of the commitee of experts at legal journal  Corporate Governance (Giappichelli), he has authored two monographs, co-authored books and published various essays on corporate, banking and commercial matters in leading scientific journals. He is a member of various scientific associations and a Board Member of scientific foundation Fondazione Bruno Visentini.  Speaker at numerous conferences, in Italy and abroad.

He is a founding partner in charge of the Legal Specialities Department of Studio Associato KPMG, an italian professional partnership member firm of KPMG International  (December 2022).
