Biography

Edoardo Pedersoli is currently a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Milan, Italy. He graduated with honors at the Faculty of Law, University of Milan, Italy (J.D. equivalent, 2010).

 

He received a Ph.D. in Company Law from the University of Milan, Italy (2014), after having been admitted as a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School in 2013 under the supervision of professor Guhan Subramanian.

 

His research is mainly focused on corporate governance and banking law, with specific reference to the analysis of internal controls in banks, as well as on the withdrawal right in the joint stock companies and limited liability companies. Author of many essays in the foremost italian reviews about corporate law and banking law; author of: “Il collegio sindacale nelle società per azioni bancarie” (Giuffrè, 2018). He is a member of the Editorial Board (Milan) of "Giurisprudenza Commerciale" (Giuffrè).
