Biography
Dušan Isakov is a professor of Corporate Finance and Governance at the Department of Management of the University of Fribourg. His current research interests focus on payout policy (dividends and repurchases), financial decisions of listed family-owned firms and corporate ownership. More broadly, his research centers on financial aspects of corporate governance, asset management and international finance. His research has been published in the Review of Financial Studies, the Review of Finance, the Journal of Banking and Finance and the Journal of Corporate Finance among others.
