Biography
David Berger is a partner and head of the corporate governance group at the law firm of Wilson Sonsini. His practice focuses on advising companies, directors and management on critical issues of corporate governance, and then litigating these issues in court. He has served as lead trial counsel in many of the leading corporate governance cases in Delaware and elsewhere. In addition, he is the President of the American College of Governance Counsel, a Senior Fellow at the New York University Institute of Corporate Governance & Finance, has published extensively on a variety of governance issues and has taught corporate governance at numerous Law Schools in the US and elsewhere, including Harvard, NYU, and Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
