Dr Chuanman YOU

Dr Chuanman YOU is the founding Director of the Centre for Regulation and Global Governance, Institute for International Affairs, Chinese University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen. He is also an adjunct senior research fellow of the EW Barker Centre for Law & Business, National University of Singapore. Dr. You‘s research expertise lies in M&A and Corporate Law, FinTech and Financial Regulation, Data and AI Governance. His research outputs have appeared in high-quality publication outlets, including the Journal of Business Law, Capital Markets Law Journal, Computer Law & Security Review, European Business Law Review, Company Lawyer, Business Law Review, etc.
