Professor Carlo Amatucci
Biography
Carlo Amatucci (26.07.1965) is Full Professor of Commercial Law at the Department of Political Science of the University of Naples Federico II.
His primary research interests deal with Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Regulation and Insolvency Law.
From 2011 to 2021 he has been member of the Research Doctorate Board in “Commercial Law” at the State University of Milan.
He is coordinator for the Erasmus programs with: Universidad Complutense de Madrid, University of Vilnius, University of Latvia, Université de Cote d’Azur and the University of Helsinki.
He is responsible of the Cooperation Agreements with the University of Saint Petersburg – where he annually organizes seminars in the field of Company and Commercial Law - and People’s University of China, where he has been visiting professor (2014) of “EU Company Law” at the International Summer School.
He is member of the editorial board of Vestnik-Law (Saint Petersburg University), Teise (University of Vilnius), and of two Italian Law Journals (Rivista di Diritto dell’Impresa, Giurisprudenza commerciale).
He’ member of the Société de Législation Comparée (Paris 1869).
He is member of the Naples Bar and his practice covers the whole range of corporate law, business and financial contracts, insolvency and restructuring.
