Biography

Bersant Hobdari is Associate Professor at the Center for Corporate Governance at Copenhagen Business School. His research interests span the areas of corporate governance, international economics and international business. Within the area of corporate governance, Bersant has long researched issues related to determinants and impacts of ownership structures in both static and dynamic setting. In his current research Bersant focuses on the role of national and sub-national institutional differences in shaping firm-level governance choices. Bersant work has been published in reputed economics and management journals.
