Mr Andrea Giannelli

Andrea graduated magna cum laude at Università Statale of Milan in 1994. He then obtained his Corporate Law PhD at Bocconi University in 2000. Since 2001, Andrea has been a researcher at Bocconi University where he teaches Corporate Law, Banking Law as well as Capital Markets and Financial Intermediaries Regulation. Andrea is the author of many articles and publications on corporate law and capital markets/banking regulation.
