Mr Alexander Mahovsky

Alexander Mahovsky LL.M. is General Counsel, Compliance Director and Purchasing Director of the NextiraOne group, one of the largest independent ICT integrators, headquartered in Paris, France. He has attended the Universities of Vienna, Havard and the London School of Economics and holds a Master of Laws in IT-law.

His expertise includes corporate matters, contract law, M&A, corporate governance and finance agreements, to name but a few. He has written numerous corporate policies incl. policies for risk awareness, record retention, data protection, code of ethics and the governance codex.

He regularly gives lectures on corporate governance, M&A, contract law, civil and commercial law, purchasing and logistics, corporate law and risk management.
