Dr. Alessandro Luciano

Lawyer and researcher, Dr. Alessandro Luciano is Adjunct Professor of Business Law at the University of Florence and postdoctoral fellow at the same Univeristy. He holds a PhD in national and international business law at the Catholic University of Milan. He has been Visiting Scholar at the Ludwig Maximilians Universitaet of Munich and Visiting Fellow at the Max Planck Institut fuer auslaendisches and internationales Privatrecht of Hamburg. His main interests lie in the field of corporate and banking law.
