Mr Adrian C N Kemp

Adrian Kemp qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and joined AstraZeneca in 1995. His career has included periods in the Zeneca Pharmaceuticals Legal Department at Alderley Park, Cheshire (1995 – 1999), as Deputy Company Secretary for the AstraZeneca Group in London (1999 – 2007) and as General Counsel, Cambridge Antibody Technology in Cambridge just after its acquisition by AstraZeneca (2007 – 2008). He was appointed Company Secretary of the AstraZeneca Group in 2009 and also chairs the Trustee Board of the AstraZeneca Pension Fund.
