Nuno Fernandes is a Professor of Finance at IESE Business School. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Auditors of Banco de Portugal, a Non-Executive (Member of the Audit Committee) at the European Investment Bank, and a Research Member of the European Corporate Governance Institute.
